Requirements:

✅Technical studies in the relevant field, preferably Civil and Industrial Engineering

✅Willingness to travel nationwide

✅Minimum 7 years of experience in the civil construction sector (steel structures)

✅Attention to detail and ability to identify problems

✅Ability to visualize objects in space

✅Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

✅Ability to work with measurement units

✅Organizational and planning skills

✅Ability to simultaneously monitor multiple activities on the construction site

✅Ability to work under tight deadlines

✅Team player

✅Knowledge of occupational health and safety requirements

✅Open to new ideas and able to find solutions to any problem

✅Ability to work under pressure and stress

✅Valid Category B driving licence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Taking over the construction site – checking the on-site situation, carrying out preliminary measurements and identifying any potential technical issues
• Preparing the required materials and resources and, where necessary, identifying the need to purchase additional equipment;
• Organizing and scheduling construction works on site to ensure compliance with the established schedules;
• Managing the supply of materials to the construction site and being responsible for their quality and proper storage on site;
• Supervising the execution of the works, the workers’ activities, as well as their active participation in carrying out their assigned duties;
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation and internal regulations;
