Requirements:
✅ Previous experience in the industrial construction sector
✅ Excellent communication and leadership skills

✅ Strong knowledge of planning and organizing installation activities
✅ Certification in the construction field is an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and organize the activities of the site team;
- Assign work tasks and monitor compliance with established deadlines;
- Supervise the execution of works in accordance with the technical design and quality standards;
- Ensure the proper use of materials and equipment on site;
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations;
- Collaborate with the Site Manager and other teams involved in the project;
- Identify and report any technical or organizational issues arising on site;
- Monitor team discipline and ensure the smooth running of activities.
