AG STEEL BUILDING&CLADDING, a company active in the civil and industrial construction sector, is expanding its team and is looking for a Senior Public Procurement Specialist with solid experience in preparing and successfully winning tenders. The position is located in Brătuleni village, Iași County (Miroslava Industrial Park).

Mandatory Requirements:
✅Minimum 5 years of experience in public procurement, exclusively in the construction sector.
✅Direct involvement in SEAP procedures.
✅Proven track record – participation in successfully awarded construction tenders (civil/industrial/infrastructure).
✅Ability to analyze tender documentation and coordinate the preparation of technical and financial bids.
✅Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
✅Good knowledge of SEAP and electronic signature systems.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring opportunities on SEAP and identifying relevant tenders.
- Analyzing tender documentation and coordinating the preparation of complete bids.
- Collaborating with the technical, financial and legal departments to prepare tender documentation.
- Managing requests for clarification and communication with contracting authorities.
- Uploading bids to SEAP and monitoring the progress of procurement procedures.
- Involvement in appeals and challenges, where applicable.
