Industrial Building Salesperson
What you bring:
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in selling industrial buildings or building solutions
✅ Minimum 5 years of solid knowledge of construction and execution processes
✅ At least 5 projects successfully sold during your career, each valued at over EUR 1 million
✅ Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating at least one team member
✅ Experience initiating and coordinating subcontractors, partners, and collaborators throughout a project
✅ Experience in the private sector (public sector experience is an advantage)
✅ Knowledge of eligibility requirements and procedures in public tenders
✅ Strong negotiation skills
An advantage: knowledge of commercial and financial guarantee instruments (GBE, advance payment guarantees, avalized promissory notes, cash collateral, early-payment discounts), as well as customer creditworthiness analysis and collaborator evaluation.
An advantage: English, French, German, or Spanish language skills.
